This document explains about the columns in the machine hour entry lines. If you want certain columns to be available in the machine hour entry lines, select the relevant check boxes to display the columns. There are some check boxes that are not available for selection, and therefore are disabled.
This column is disabled.
By default, this column is available. Type or select a project that has machine hour items that you want to realize. Press the F2 key to select the project from a list of projects.
By default, this column displays the project description for the project selected in the Project column.
By default, this column is available. Type or select a machine hour item that you want to realize for that project.
By default, this column displays the sales unit as the unit of measurement for the machine hours that you want to realize.
By default, this column displays the item description for the machine hour item you want to realize.
Type the start time for the duration of machine hours that you want to realize.
Type the end time for the duration of machine hours that you want to realize.
By default, this column displays the project budget for the project selected in the Project column.
By default, this column is available. Type the actual quantity of machine hours that you want to realize.
Type the description of the activity that is using the machine hours that you want to realize. For example “Production PR0400001369”.
By default, this column displays the serial and batch number for serialized and batched items.
Click to add a new note or view an existing note for the machine hour entry line. Type or edit a note, click Save and then Close to exit.
Click to attach or view an attachment. You can attach a document to the machine hour entry line by selecting the attachment and clicking Select, and then Save, in the Document screen.
By default, this column displays the our ref. number of the realized machine hour entry line. After clicking Save, the machine hour item entry will be registered with this our ref. number.
By default, this column displays the our ref. number of the planned machine hour entry line.
Type any further information to be registered in the general ledger transaction once the project is completed.

By default, this column will display the machine hour item entry line if the option is selected. Otherwise, it will not show machine hour item entry lines.
Click this to restore the default columns in the Realizations screen.
Click this to save the changes in the column selection.
